Classic Pumpkin Pie
Description: Golden, flaky pastry encasing creamy pumpkin purée accentuated with a hint of spices, topped with a rim of beautiful “foliage”.
Storage: Keep in the fridge up to 3 days.
1. Let the pie sit at room temperature for 1 hour
2. Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C in a pre-heated oven
3. Let the pie sit on countertop for 5 minutes before removing it from the pie tin and slicing it
