Dim Sum Duo – “Har Gow” & “Siu Mai”
- Har Gow – I’m back! The adorable “Har Gow” cake made with vanilla & lime mousse, filled with red peach cream and Japanese peach compote in the center, set atop soft almond sponge.
- Siu Mai – Dim Sum isn’t complete with “Siu Mai” of course, and ours is made with milk chocolate mousse, pear gelée, moist flourless chocolate biscuit, and crispy chocolate feuilletine.
Storage: Please keep all cakes refrigerated until ready to serve. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
