Description: Inspired by Japanese-style fluffy soufflé pancakes, this mousse cake is from maple syrup mousse, fresh bananas, pecans, brown sugar, and soft sponge cake, topped with a pat of “butter” made with salted mascarpone cream. Available in large cake as well.
Serving Size: Serves 6 – 8 people
Storage: Please keep all cakes refrigerated until ready to serve. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 30 minutes. Handle delicately as our cakes are very fragile. Best eaten within 2 days of purchase.
